Our nannies set their own rates based on their experience and the role, but we never offer rates below our starting rates.

What’s the difference between freelance and employed nannies?

Babysitting booking fees

  • Babysitting (ad hoc): €60 per session (incl. VAT)
  • Emergency babysitting (less than 48 hours’ notice): €75 per session (incl. VAT)
  • Babysitting subscription for local families: €100 per month (incl. VAT) up to 4 sessions per month. Min. 6 months.

Nanny fees are paid separately.

Placement fees

  • Deposit: €150 (incl. VAT), and later applied toward your final placement fee
  • Short-term nanny (under 6 months): 20% of the nanny’s total earnings, plus VAT
  • Long-term nanny (6 months or more, including part-time placements): 12% of the nanny’s total earnings, plus VAT
  • Contract renewal: €200 (incl. VAT)

Placement fees are payable when the contract is signed. The deposit is credited toward the final placement fee.
