Frequently asked questions

You can pay your agency booking fee via credit card or bank transfer. Nanny fees are paid separately, ideally via European bank transfer. If that is not possible, please reach out and we’ll share a list of payment options.

Our emergency nanny job positions are only shared with a select pool of candidates who are fully onboarded into the agency (passed their interview, submitted their paperwork, vetted references), and hand-selected for their professionalism and high capability. These candidates are calm and composed under pressure, and able to confidently adapt to different children’s needs and family dynamics.

All of our nannies need to pass an in-person interview and submit a series of documents. This includes:

  • Führungszeugnis (German police clearance certificate)
  • Infant/child First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Proof of Haftpflichtversicherung (personal liability insurance)
  • At least 2 references from previous childcare related roles
